The Lester Public Library of Rome Trustees approved General Policy changes to these policies: Who May Use the Library and a Smoking and Tobacco Use Policy.
To review the new policies please check the General Policy on pages 3 & 56. The section Who May Use the Library includes "any library" where library use is denied, in place of the singular Rome library. The Smoking and Tobacco Use Policy includes vaping or the use of e-cigarette use including all smoking or chewing tobacco products in the library or on Library property.
