The Lester Public Library of Rome is excited to announce that we will be going Fine Free starting June 1st, 2019. This means there will no longer be fines on items checked out from our library. However, charges for damaged or lost items still apply. The library will also be waiving all previous overdue fines, giving each patron a "clean slate."
