The library has hired a new part time employee, Kathy Nelson. Next time you are at the library, come to the desk and say "hello".
"Hi, I'm Kathy and I'm happy to be working part time in my "retirement" job at the library. I have worked in Public Health most of my career, and during a pandemic, I am looking forward to the more relaxed pace at the library. I have lived in Rome for 5 years, and before that in the Kellner area for 25 years. I enjoy fooling around in my garden, playing with my dog, puppy sitting my boys' dogs, cooking and baking. Please stop and introduce yourself, I will do my best to remember you. I may not remember your name, but if there's something special you share, it will help.
