This winter the Romemakers are keeping busy making clothing protectors for people in assisted living. The Romemakers received a Thrivent Grant to purchase flannel for the protectors, and members can work from home to cut, sew, press, and put fasteners on each item. The library will have the kits available for people to take home and work on this project. The library also has a short tutorial on our Facebook page explaining how the protectors are created.
